Contract Recruiter

Overview:

The Donna Karan Company LLC, one of the world's leading fashion houses, is currently seeking a Contract Recruiter to join the Human Resources team in New York, New York.

The Contract Recruiter will work closely with the Recruiting Team, Hiring Managers and Candidates to deliver an exceptional interviewing experience and efficient hiring process. In addition, this person will be responsible for owning, managing, and facilitating searches from beginning to end.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for proactively sourcing candidates through various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, and etc.), cold-calling, and networking
• Build a pipeline of active and passive candidates for all open positions
• Screening candidates on basic skill set, availability, compensation, etc.

• Post and manage job requisitions

• Collaborate with recruiter with managing the internship program

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HR/ Recruitment Support experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong sense of urgency
• Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced environment
• iCIMS experience preferred
