COLOR MANAGER - Top Lifestyle Brand - DOE

Our client, a Top Lifestyle Brand, is seeking an organized
Color Manager to join their offices in New York City!

As the Color Manager, you will work alongside the Senior
Director of Color as you research and create a seasonal color
palette for the brand. This is an excellent opportunity for a
creative self-starter with an impeccable eye for color to
partner with a renowned lifestyle brand.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors,
factories and mills on color finish details

• Manage incoming shipments and inventory

• Create and present seasonal color boards

• Oversee lab dips for sample and bulk material

• Verify color consistency for all categories of the brand

• Communicate with design, production and merchandising teams
on updates and timelines

• Implement new technology to advance the brand’s color process

• Maintain elevated standards of the brand’s color quality and
consistency



Requirements:

• At least 5-7+ years of experience advising color comments

• Bachelor’s degree, fashion school preferred

• Creative approach to problem solving

• Meticulously detail-oriented

• Deadline-driven with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy

• Highly proficient in Excel, Adobe Illustrator, PLM, and Ariba
