CLIENT EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE - Fast Growing Fashion/Retail Startup

Salary: $35k-$40k (DOE)

Position Overview:  As the Client Experience Associate in this company, you must have the ability to work on a team and handle the fun, fast pace culture. This role includes outreach calls to current customers, in person customer service, training and on boarding new partners and developing and planning new processes. This company really invests in their employees with hands on training and company events.

Responsibilities of the Client Experience Associate: 

• The Client Experience Associate will conduct outreach calls to current and potential new partners
• Act as a Brand Ambassador to represent the company at various events
• Conduct in person customer service by answering all inquiries and checking documentation
• Contribute team efforts to common great goal of the company
• The Client Experience Associate will work with logistics team to develop and streamline processes 

Qualifications for the Client Experience Associate: 

• Ability and desire to work in a fast pace, startup environment
• Available for full time hours, the hours are 1pm-8pm and occasional weekends (weekends are flexible) 
• Previous experience in an corporate or office setting
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a HUGE plus
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience as an Client Experience Associate, Customer Service Associate or retail sales associate highly preferred
• Experience working in the fashion industry is a huge plus 

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Required
