Apparel brand in Los Angeles is looking for a Chargeback Specialist/AR.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to the management and reconciliation of open chargebacks, disputes and short payments on Accounts Receivable.  Will resolve invalid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries. Good attitude and team player personality is a must! Looking to hire ASAP!

Responsible for the management and reconciliation of open chargebacks, disputes and short payments on Accounts Receivable

  • Resolve invalid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries
  • Responsible for maximizing the recovery and prevention of chargebacks
  • Establish procedures for timely resolution of chargebacks
