CAD Textile Designer

Location: New York City

Reporting Relationship: The CAD Textile Designer is a key role within Owned Brands reporting to the VP, Product Development and Design.

Major Responsibilities:

• Create and adapt prints and patterns.
• Collaborate with Design Managers to identify art work for each season.
• Obtain and process all art work files.
• Create Digital Color pallets.

Qualifications

Professional Qualifications:

•  Associates’s Degree, preferably in textile design
•  1-3 years of CAD experience in apparel or accessories

•  Knowledge of current Design technology including Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office

•  Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

•  Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize
•  Professional demeanor and appearance

•  Ideal candidate is highly creative and is able to work in a professional fast paced environment and deal with shifting priorities.
