Business Developer & Production Manager

Our luxury swimwear brand based in Malibu, CA seeks a part-time Business Development & Production Manager.

Main duties include, but are not limited to:

-Work with designers on implementing collection vision

-Partner with the Design team to send product approvals in an appropriate timeframe, ie trim approvals, artwork approvals, labdips, etc.

-Source hardware, fabrics, trims, pattern makers, etc.

-Oversee first sample to final fit sample

-Oversee production timelines

-Manage Quality Control

-Attend fittings & keep records

-Coordinate and lead weekly production meetings with factories and agents

-Execute sew bys

-Actively highlight development issues and propose resolutions to meet deadlines and cost parameters

Qualifications:

-At least 3-5 years experience

-Knowledge of garment construction, grading, and specs

-Microsoft Office

Salary: $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
