• Manage existing portfolio of fashion, beauty/skincare and lifestyle brands including relationship management, marketing and product development.
• Develop new partnerships with fashion/designer, beauty/skincare and lifestyle brands.
• Manage cross-marketing partnerships with brands and hospitality clients.
• Strong knowledge of brand and marketing principles, practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with Design & Sourcing teams to support brand product development.
• Identify industry trends that might influence brand strategies and acquisition.
• Expand brand recognition and consumer loyalty programs to drive retail sales.
• Develop and implement brand review plans to demonstrate ROI for brand partners and clients.
• Provide brand education support to worldwide sales teams.
• Travel and participate in various trade shows in Europe, US and Asia.
• Measure and analyze program performance, timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and deliver brand presentations and proposals in response to client RFPs and other opportunities
• Understanding of brand KPIs and objectives
• Familiarity with distribution channels including retail, online and alternative channels.
• 4-8 years Business development and/or marketing experience, MBA preferred but not Mandatory
