ESSENTIAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and implement marketing programmes for high profile brands
- Identify and recommend key strategies to achieve brand and customer goals
- Effectively manage relationships with fashion houses and central brand organizations including distribution, license and other negotiations
- Identify win-win strategies to enhance brand equity while increasing customer value proposition
- Lead and analyze market research to identify and execute acquisition opportunities for new brands
- Liaise with internal product multifunctional teams for product development
- Participate in customer meetings to present brand portfolio.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a US citizen or hold a permanent green card
- Degree holder, preferably in Marketing
- At least five years of relevant experience in Brand Management and / or Business Development
- Ability to build relationships, co-ordinate cross functional teams and manage expectations
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that will require handling a variety of tasks
- Problem-solving, planning and project management skills, well organized and detail-oriented
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Willing to travel
- Preferably experience in Fashion, Skin Care, Cosmetics and / or Fine Fragrance Sector
