Job Responsibilities:
- Keep the boutique running effectively
- Acquire any required permits and inspections
- Ensure that customer service is of the highest standards at all times
- Keep track of company sales targets and ensure all company sales targets, operations goals, policies and procedures are met and maintained
- Develop and maintain relationships with team and Senior Management
- Effective management of productivity, individual targets, employee relations and coaching on all areas of development
- Come up with an efficient and effective way to schedule staff and meet payroll budgets
- Ensure excellent visual presentation at all times
- Maintains practices consistent with company guidelines and procedures
Job Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of Supervisor/Management experience in a luxury retail store
- Background with contemporary or luxury fashion and customer service
- Demonstrates the ability to drive sales and work as a team leader, as well as member
