BOUTIQUE MANAGER - Luxury Accessories Company

Our client, an international luxury accessories company, is seeking a Boutique Manager for its location in San Francisco. This is your chance to join a trend setting global company that is the best in what they do with a cult-celebrity following.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Keep the boutique running effectively
  • Acquire any required permits and inspections
  • Ensure that customer service is of the highest standards at all times
  • Keep track of company sales targets and ensure all company sales targets, operations goals, policies and procedures are met and maintained
  • Develop and maintain relationships with team and Senior Management
  • Effective management of productivity, individual targets, employee relations and coaching on all areas of development
  • Come up with an efficient and effective way to schedule staff and meet payroll budgets
  • Ensure excellent visual presentation at all times
  • Maintains practices consistent with company guidelines and procedures

Job Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years of Supervisor/Management experience in a luxury retail store
  • Background with contemporary or luxury fashion and customer service
  • Demonstrates the ability to drive sales and work as a team leader, as well as member
