BOOKKEEPER

We are looking for a bright and oriented individual for full time bookkeeper position in fashion industry and responsibility as follows:

• Accounting knowledge on A/P, A/R, Chargebacks, Bank Reconciliations
• Match invoices with payments and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare deposits and reconcile daily receivables.
• Monitor and collect past due receivables.
• Resolves invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures.
• Responsible for maximizing the recovery and prevention of chargebacks
• Establish procedures for timely resolution of chargebacks
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Customer Service Orientation and Negotiation Skills
• Proficiency and Knowledge QuickBooks, MS--Office, Excel and Outlook. 
• Must be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Must be highly organized
