MANAGER IN TRAINING

Managers in Training are responsible for achieving an environment for our customers and staff that is reflective of the Anthropologie aesthetic and brand values. They also play an integral role in managing, developing, and training sales associates.

They participate in all aspects of the stores' merchandising and selling standards.  The Manager in Training must be passionate, entrepreneurial and have some leadership experience in which they would thrive in a challenging and creative environment and grow within our company.
