Bhldn Customer Associate - Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts

A customer associate provides customers with a personal level of service. The customer associate contributes to a profitable and customer-centric environment through supporting the store management team in selling, service and daily operating procedures. 

 

REPORTS TO: Management Team

 

SALES & PROFITABILITY

  •   Supports the store management team in exceeding sales and shrink goals

  •   Supports store processes, priorities and service strategies to impact results

     

CUSTOMER CONNECTION

  •   Supports an environment of genuine customer connection

  •   Acts as empowered team member, exercising decision making skills to enhance each customer’s experience

  •   Demonstrates extraordinary service in each zone

  •   Supports the MOD with an energized pace

  •   Acts as a brand ambassador reflective of company values and aesthetic

  •   Understands multi-channel business-utilizes tools to better service the customer

  •   Takes ownership of product knowledge and current trends

     

PEOPLE & DEVELOPMENT

  •   Supports new hires through being a mentor in their zone development

  •   Is self-aware and focused on self-development

  •   Is accountable to individual actions

  •   Collaborates with the team during morning, closing and one minute meetings

  •   Focuses on individual goals set

     

AESTHETIC UNDERSTANDING & APPLICATION

  •   Executes stock-to-sales processes and presentation standards

  •   Is knowledgeable of trend and supports brand messaging

  •   Develops an understanding of how the merchant process impacts business and the customer experience

     

OPERATING PROCEDURES

  •   Adheres to typical day/week guidelines

  •   Is accountable to upholding the brand processes

  •   Maintains a visually compelling store that is near, clean and organized

  •   Adheres to internal and external loss prevention procedures

  •   Upholds all company policy and procedure
