Benefits Administrator - PVH Corp.

The Corporate Benefits Administrator–Health and Welfare Plans will interface with health and wellness plan vendors, Human Resources representatives, Payroll and other internal departments to ensure appropriate administration and compliance of various Health & Welfare Plans company-wide. 

The Administrator is responsible for performing the day-to-day administration of select US benefit plans and providing support for the Canada benefits program.  These responsibilities primarily include but are not limited to: Canada medical, dental, life insurance administration; U.S. and Canada disability administration, invoice reconciliation, budget preparation and assisting HR representatives and vendors to resolve and respond to employee benefit inquiries in a timely manner.

Other responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews and ensure timely distribution of benefit eligibility files
  • Compile and report benefit plan utilization, participation and claims data
  • Serve as a key member of the PVH Wellness team
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with plan provisions and statutory and federal regulations
  • Prepare benefit materials and present information for new hire orientations and HR training meetings
  • Assist with annual Open Enrollment and Benefit Fairs
  • Participate in special projects for U.S. and International markets
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by your Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-4 years HR Generalist or Benefits Administration experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to self-prioritize and manage multiple assignments and special projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines
  • Results-driven, customer-oriented and enthusiastic
  • Dependable self-starter who demonstrates initiative to create improvements
  • Good presenter and decision maker
  • Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
