Perform all Quality functions as required by the customer and to meet the needs of the business management system. Provide Quality function leadership with customers, suppliers, and intra-company plants. Participate in APQP teams to develop and implement Quality systems to ensure processes and products meet company and customer requirements. Generate OE requirement, Customer PPAP’s, and lead the APQP process. Conduct on-site supplier audits and facilitate internal system, process, and product audits. Work with supply base to implement continuous improvement and corrective actions. Lead problem solving resolution with cross functional teams utilizing problem solving techniques such 8D and 5-why. Apply Statistical techniques for problem solving and process qualification.
