Adhere to the existing Information Technology (“IT”) corporate policy, and lead the analysis, design and development of third party frameworks that embody the company’s architecture strategies and principles.  Lead the development and maintenance of e-Commerce systems. Facilitate training on technical topics to the e-Commerce Development Team and demonstrate commitment to the organization’s core values. Develop and support J2EE applications with an emphasis on the Oracle Art Technology Group (“ATG”) Platform. Define systems scope, objectives and functionality based on user input, business processes and retail industry requirements.  Utilize web technologies, including J2EE, XML, HTTP, SOAP, and AJAX, to design, develop, test and implement database interfaces that support e-Commerce systems. Coordinate with other members of the retail technology team and e-Commerce technology team to ensure efficiency across all channels.  Review codes and technical designs using ATG e-Commerce Repository API, Form Handlers, and Droplets.  Keep abreast of the development, emerging design, and implementation of tools and technologies in the retail e-Commerce space. Manage security protocols and oversee the administration of the e-Commerce integration and solution support.  Adapt to changes in technologies in order to meet the needs of the business in a manner that can be easily utilized across the enterprise.   Lead the design or modification of information systems through process of business analysis, identify user needs, and document requirements. Design the application architecture, track and resolve functional defects, and create technical documents for e-Commerce systems.

REQTS:                        Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering (any), Computer Science, MIS, IT or related plus five years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or as a Programmer Analyst, Technical Lead or related. Must have 5 years of experience: Developing and maintaining e-Commerce systems; Developing and supporting J2EE applications with an emphasis on Oracle Art Technology Group (“ATG”) Platform;  Utilizing web technologies, including J2EE, XML, HTTP, SOAP, and AJAX, to design, develop, test and implement database interfaces that support e-Commerce systems; Reviewing codes and technical designs using ATG e-Commerce Repository API, Form Handlers, and Droplets;  Implementing security protocols and overseeing the administration of the e-Commerce integration and solution support; and Designing the application architecture, tracking and resolving functional defects, and creating technical documents for e-Commerce systems.
