ASSOCIATE VISUAL DESIGNER

ASSOCIATE VISUAL DESIGNER


Support the primary graphic designers for all creative
including Seasonal Guide Documents, Additional Guides & Window
Guides for the Pac Sun store chain. Works with a team of
Graphic Designers along with key Corporate Partners to elevate
and expand the Pac Sun brand message.


Business Development

• Design, create and coordinate production process of all
visual communication documents and tools for Visual
department

• Support the design of Seasonal Set and window templates and
document layout

• Support the design, creation and coordination of seasonal
visual display projects.

• Photograph all in-store presentations and document wall,
table, fixture and window configuration for all Visual
communication documents.


Team Development

• Partner with Visual Design team members to ensure all
projects are completed on time.

• Support the Coordination of the review and release of all
Visual department documents.


Communication

• Works with key partners' to establish milestone dates for
deliverables.

• Ensure document production meets visual department timeline.


Special Projects

• Partner with Visual Merchandising team to lead to lead the
development of key projects, seasonal packages, and new
merchandising initiatives to ensure all deadlines are
adhered to.

• Performs other related duties as assigned


Requirements

• Ideal candidate will have a 4-year Bachelor's degree

• 3+ years graphic design experience

• 2 years producing schematics, planograms and floor plans for
a large national retailer, preferred

• Proficient in In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, Word,
and Power Point.

• Ability to multi-task successfully on time-sensitive projects
with minimum supervision at times

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities

• Ability to anticipate problems and embrace change

• Ability to work as a team member

• Strong project management skills

• Ability to work well with and through other departments

• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills with the
ability to communicate at all levels

• Excellent time management skills
