Temp to perm

Be able to produce high volume of prints - redesigns account for 40% of work.

Must be familiar with Flat screen printing, rotary printing, but should also know sublimation.

Technical Aspects:

- Adobe Suite – MUST BE 100% proficient/EXPERT in Photoshop & Illustrator

- Indexing prints

- Repeats

- 4 corner repeats vs. half-drop repeats

- Filling in mini body

- Must be able to do colorways independently

- Apparel (Women’s) experience

- Overseas experience (communications, handling approval process & submits, etc.)

- Fast-paced
