Associate Site Improvements

Job Description The Site Improvements Associate will be responsible for testing, reporting, and documentation for the implementation of all site merchandising enhancements and special features while building knowledge as systems and process expert.  They are also accountable for achieving topside sales plans, conversion goals, usability targets and corporate objectives.
Participate in definition of business requirements, internal customer needs and implementation plan for enhanced search, navigation and merchandising features along with leadership and cross-functional partners: Digital Systems Managers, IT, Project Management, Product Management and Creative. Maintain documentation for all Merchandising Operations process and systems impacts based upon new enhancements. Support operational knowledge sharing processes within Merchandising Operations team. Set up test data and conduct site enhancement and project testing. Assist with coordination and communication of new feature implementation and testing within Merchandising Operations team. Leverage understanding of competitive landscape to recommend opportunities to improve overall customer experience
Improved customer ratings, conversion metrics, repeat customer ratings, reduced return rate • Feedback from cross functional teams that Site Improvements has partnered to help execute new functionalities, systems and enhancements • Feedback from the Merchandising Operations team that merchandising execution plans are thorough and accurate and provide detail to execute
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Understanding of retail ecommerce landscape Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem solving, communication and problem-solving skills Strong technical aptitude Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills Minimum of 2 year experience in e-Commerce, retail site merchandising or operations experience preferred Demonstrated experience in a problem solving role Familiarity with site analytics tools (e.g., Omniture or Coremetrics) and experience with item and content management tools Technical aptitude with web-based tools and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems  Proven ability to analyze metrics and apply findings to drive process efficiency Strong aptitude to work within deadlines, both independently and as part of a team Ability to work effectively with and present to individuals at all levels Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary Ability to perform well, problem solve and brainstorm  in a collaborative environment and inspire a strong sense of camaraderie, accountability, and high performance across teams Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities Self-motivated, resourceful with a creative mindset
