Associate Product Manager, Adaptive & Wovens - Tommy Hilfiger

Responsibilities

• Work with department manager to oversee & ensure deadlines are met for development, sampling and bulk delivery status
• Facilitate execution of design packets, including tracking development status
• Cost log entry and updates
• DTS and ACS issuance & maintenance
• Proto, ad, TOP & photo shoot sample tracking
• Communicate design / detail changes and updates to factories
• Communicate daily with overseas offices and contacts to ensure outstanding issues are addressed and orders / samples are being produced to our specifications
• Weekly delivery tracking & fit status tracking reports
• Issue SAs
• Organize and file development and bulk submits of piece goods and trims
• Review with department manager all PPS & TOP samples to ensure corrections are implemented as requested

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in production
• College Degree or relevant business experience
• Attention to detail
• Strong follow through skills
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written
• Takes initiative
