The Role
The Associate Manager for CRM will be responsible for all central discount and promotion (D&P) campaigns with goal to maximize incremental revenue while tracking to budget and expected ROI targets. Responsibilities include assisting in budgeting spend, forecasting as well as executing campaigns and reporting performance to the organization. This requires a cross-functional player who will partner closely with Analytics, Finance, Customer Service, Technology, Merchandizing, Merch Planning and Marketing channel owners. This role will also help support all print marketing channels (direct mail, box inserts).
Specific responsibilities for the role include the following:
· Develop, forecast and execute all central D&P campaigns; includes managing offer development and cadence, audience segmentation
· Prepare and present promotional budget including revenue forecasts, promotions expense and internal communication plans for management approval
o Inform and educate the company regarding strategy and marketing calendar
· Work with wider Customer marketing team, Integrated Marketing and Analytics to improve JIRA and promotion process
· Champion the member experience in the execution of promotions and act as the marketing liaison with Customer Service
o Act as a stakeholder in any revisions in Customer Service policy for discounts & promotions
· Oversee print strategy and calendar; work with CRM, Integrated Marketing and Analytics teams to optimize and mange any potential conflict
o Evaluate and select printers produce direct mail and box insert campaigns plus oversee print scheduling and buying
Candidate Profile
We seek a candidate with solid quantitative/analytical skills with experience either managing complex and high volume promotion and CRM campaigns or conducting financial forecasts. S/he should be familiar with direct marketing overall with experience in an ecommerce environment.
Specific skills that are needed for success in this role are:
·Demonstrate strong analytical and methodical problem-solving skills with proven ability to scrutinize large amounts of data and turn it into actionable initiatives (including both quantitative and qualitative data)
·Possess a deep understanding of retail-specific promotional activities, including experience in designing campaigns that drive incremental sales in Holiday and non-Holiday periods
·Strong interpersonal skills – able to and enjoys working across multiple business units and functional areas to achieve goals
·Extremely self-motivated, proactive, and results driven for both key metrics as well as continuous improvement
·Have a high degree of care for the member experience
·Demonstrate exceptional ability to multitask, execute swiftly and accurately

Qualifications

·2+ years relevant experience in marketing communications/management, financial forecasting background
·Bachelor degree in marketing, finance, communications or related field required
