We’re looking for an experienced e-commerce operations talent to drive our day-to-day ecommerce business, innovation projects and customer activations.


  • Support process improvement and work cross-functionally to implement and/or improve new or current processes and procedures
  • Identify opportunities for the eCommerce content, media and operations teams’ work to be streamlined and ensure accountability on all projects
  • Collaborate between many cross functional teams, including (but not limited to): Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Buying/Planning and PR/Social
  • Execute and meet deadlines with a focus on accurate data and clear communication with cross functional business partners
  • Monitor ecommerce project list and communicate progress to internal and external vendors regularly
  • Gather project requirements and prepare project scope documentation
  • Manage E-commerce day-to-day projects by prioritizing and executing on time and within budget
  • Support workflows and timelines of ADA compliance in content and user experience development, including defining requirements and managing quality control with cross-functional teams and agencies
  • Identify opportunities and industry best practices to improve user-experience and performance of website
  • Test new functionalities and manage QA process with web developers and internal partners
  • Performs analyses to identify issues or areas for improvement
  • Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
  • Ability to work within analytics tools to setup reporting, analyze and make recommendations as necessary
  • Leverage understanding of web design principles, technical capabilities, consumer behavior, and operational processes to develop and drive website strategies to increase conversion, improve customer experience, and improve how the product assortment is represented
  • Responsible for making decisions to modify team operations, deliverables, and milestones to support SEO strategy in collaboration with Director, E-Commerce
  • Decides when to adjust workflows and timelines and communicates recommendations to Director, e-Commerce


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3+ years of E-commerce operations/project management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skill as well as interpersonal skill
  • Ability to take complex issues or technologies and frame them simply for internal and external audiences
  • Strong sense of urgency, with ability to find solutions quickly and independently
  • Exceptional organizational skills and an extraordinary attention to detail
  • Ability to project manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, web analytical tools (Omniture, Google Analytics), and managing e-commerce promotional platforms (ie. Websphere)
  • User experience
  • Able to handle multiple projects with adherence to deadlines
  • Highly organized and able to work independently as well as on group projects
  • Self-motivated and confident with some decision making. Must have the ability to manage up, down and across with positive results
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, premium fashion environment. Desire to innovate quickly as part of a nimble, entrepreneurial team within an iconic, established American brand
