ASSOCIATE INTIMATE DESIGNER

This is a wholesale company that creates both licensed and private label apparel for mass market brands. They specialize in all types of accessories and footwear. This position will be specifically within their intimates and sleepwear division.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $55-60k

Position Overview: This company is looking for an Associate Intimate Designer with 3-5 years of experience to support their sleepwear and intimate division. This candidate will be designing bras, lingerie and sleepwear.

Responsibilities of the Associate Intimates Designer: 

• Create Cads in Illustrator and finish them in Photoshop 
• Create graphics and prints for sleepwear
• Complete tech packs and work closely with technical designers
• Communicate with factories for private label brands
• Work on lab dip approvals, fittings, source fabrics and trims as well as assist in pre production

Qualifications for the Associate Intimates Designer: 

• 3-5 years of intimate design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to create tech packs in Microsoft Excel 
• Experience designing bras, lingerie and sleepwear
• Must be a self starter and be flexible working in a fast paced environment

Education Requirements:

• BA in Fashion Design or related field
