Associate Designer - Swimwear

Description: Manhattan Beachwear, Inc. is currently looking for highly motivated & talented Associate Designer with experience in swimwear.

We are a successful swimwear company based in Orange County, Calif. We manufacture brands such as Kenneth Cole NY, Reaction, Trina Turk, La Blanca, Hobie, and Bikini Lab.

Requirements:

• Degree in Fashion Design

• 3+ years of professional work experience

• Swimwear Design experience a must!

• Must be highly detail oriented, organized, the ability to set standards and execute

• Strong sense of priority and follow through skills, ensuring that deadlines are met

• Comprehensive knowledge of fashion, trends, design and construction and continually researches color and trends

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong sketching skills, as well as PC skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Ability to work in a team driven atmosphere with the ability to flex to personality styles and build strong working relationships internally and externally
