ASSISTANT ECOMMERCE MARKETING PRODUCER - DOE

Our client, a Leading Retail Brand, is seeking an Assistant Ecommerce Marketing Producer to join their team at their offices in San Francisco!

In this role, you will join the Production Team to assist in the Associate Producer and Producer in the project management of web marketing launches from ideation to execution.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and implementing schedules for each project
• Driving the review and final sign-off of website content
• Documenting website content feedback and managing any required changes
• Assisting in leading key meetings owned by Production
• Documenting, maintaining, and communicating the monthly/weekly site content delivery schedule
• Occasionally creating teams with members of functional areas including Marketing, Planning, Merchandising, Design, Photo Studio, Creative Technology, Product Management and IT
• Taking on additional projects as requires

Requirements:

• General understanding of web production and release processes.
• Direct experience with website tools and technologies preferred.
• Highly detailed oriented
• Experience in project management for multiple projects preferred
• Excellent oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a group setting
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 1-3+ years of experience
