Position Title: Assistant Designer 

Responsibilities

• Designing for Ladies outerwear
• Flat sketching
• Creating style numbers
• Check in and spec protos
• Conducting trend research
• Creating tech packs
• Possess basic garment construction
• Creating mood boards for presentations
• Creating prints/silhouettes
• Choosing fabrics for each season

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience
• Computer proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop & Excel
• Strong ability to translate ideas through sketching
• Strong understanding of specking process
• Highly motivated
• Positive attitude
• Extremely organized
