ASSISTANT BUSINESS MANAGER - Beauty Company (Job 8886)
Our client, an innovative beauty company, is seeking an Assistant Business Manager for its Home Shopping group. This person will be responsible for overseeing sales and growth for the business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the day to day relationship with buyers, planners and live production personnel servicing their business needs and asks
- Strategize and plan the seasonal on air and off air execution, including key launch timing and negotiation of launch support
- Execute and direct live show programming including host education, guests, backstage production and on air coaching
- Analyze sales trends across the market and provide recommendations and ideas for improvement and maximizing sales
- Create effective proposals for product line-ups for all TV shows, developing comprehensive show plans to achieve agreed objectives, timelines and targets
- Develop TV show reports for key visits as agreed with line manager including sales achievements, successes and challenges
- Forecast, Strategize and Manage the Extended Assortment and Buy Anytime businesses
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous buying experience is preferred; beauty experience is a plus
- Strong computer and analytical skills
- Strong positive communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Ability to travel to NY office and other regions as needed
- Ability to work flexible hours
