Overview

Anthropologie is seeking a passionate, creative & detail-oriented UI/ Interactive Designer to join our Digital Design Team on a full time freelance contract. You will be responsible for transforming complex concepts into simple and intuitive experiences that are easy to use and visually appealing. The ideal candidate should have proven experience and a portfolio that illustrates their ability to produce flows, wireframes, prototypes & final visual design on a variety of projects. Our ideal candidate will be:

 

  • A natural problem solver who loves hand-crafting exceptional user-focused, online experiences
  • Experienced with and excited about designing experiences across multiple devices
  • Detail oriented design capabile of creating detailed documentation

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Design digital experiences – from conception, to wireframe & prototyping, to design & implementation
  • Work collaboratively & iteratively with stakeholders, designers, developers, & QA teams to execute and deliver a flawless end-product
  • Act as a creative ambassador while partnering on digital projects with our sister brands Urban Outfitters and Free People
  • Multitask and manage multiple small & large projects
  • Documentation and improvement of existing brand UI

 

 

Requirements

  • 2-6 years professional experiences designing across multiple platforms
  • Hands on experience creating user flows, wireframes, & information architecture
  • Ability to empathize with and design for a user
  • Experience and understanding of responsive design + mobile & iOS development
  • Strong visual design skills


 

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, Fine Arts or related field is desired.
