Anthropologie & Co. - Overnight Recovery Associate - Portland, Or
The Recovery Associate assists in processing, organization, replenishment and applies merchant skills to create a compelling customer experience.
REPORTS TO: BOH Overnight Receiving Manager
EXPERIENCE
- Participates in the flow of inventory; processing, replenishment, transfers, AOA, in-store pickup and markdowns
- Works overnight with the BOH Receiving Manager, receiving shipment from truck to floor
- Assists in the placement and of Apparel and Home product
- A strong understanding of the Anthropologie culture and its appeal to the local market
- Ability to drive sales through excellent service, strong visual presentation, and a full understanding of the business

- Oversees recruiting, hiring, and retention of top talent to build bench for the store and brand
- Recognizes and develops talented individuals for advancement and growth

AESTHETIC UNDERSTANDING & APPLICATION
- Has a strong understanding of trend and style that is reflective of the brand and core customer
- Oversees stock-to-sales processes and upholds presentation standards
- Partners with the VM to assess and impact merchandising, floor planning, display and outfitting
- Develops team to connect brand aesthetic with store Social Media platforms
- Ensures the merchandising processes are collaborative, supported and well-planned
