The Merchandise Restock Associate assists in maintaining consistent store controls, and applying merchant skills to create a compelling customer experience.

REPORTS TO: Visual Merchandise Manager 

PARTNERS WITH: Visual and Apparel Team

AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS: Part-Time 

EXPERIENCE

•  A strong  understanding of the Anthropologie culture and its appeal to the local market
• Ability to drive sales through excellent service, strong visual presentation, and a full understanding of the business

CUSTOMER CONNECTION

• Cultivates an environment of genuine customer connection by demonstrating  extraordinary service and leading by example

• Understands store specific distinctions to guide and tailor the experience

AESTHETIC UNDERSTANDING & APPLICATION

• Has a strong understanding of trend and style that is reflective of the brand and core customer
• Oversees stock-to-sales processes and upholds presentation standards
• Partners with the VM to assess and impact merchandising, floor planning, display and outfitting
• Ensures the merchandising processes are collaborative, supported and well-planned
