The BHLDN Stylist leads a profitable and customer-centric environment through the successful development of the BHLDN team. Responsible for managing all aspects of service experience including; ensuring elevated service and styling and developing a lasting customer connection with the brand.
REPORTS TO: BHLDN Shop Manager
PARTNERS WITH: Department Managers and Merchandisers
> Retail stylist experience or equivalent with an emphasis in bridal
> An expert in the wedding industry and fashion community
> A strong understanding of the Anthropologie and BHLDN culture and its appeal to the local market
> Ability to drive sales through excellent service, strong visual presentation, and a full understanding of the business
PEOPLE & DEVELOPMENT
> Serves as an inspiration and set a strong example for elevated service and styling
> Promotes an environment of collaboration, inspiration and teaching
> Is self-aware and focused on self- development
> Cultivates an environment of genuine customer connection by demonstrating extraordinary service and leading by example
> Acts as a brand ambassador reflective of the company values and aesthetic
> Creates a personal styling experience that provides individual attention and engagement
> Understands multi-channel business - implements processes and utilizes tools to better service the customer
> Supports store team to engage in local community via events and social media platforms
AESTHETIC UNDERSTANDING & APPLICATION
> Has a strong understanding of bridal trend and style that is reflective of the brand and core customer
> Communicates trends, supports brand messaging and inspires the internal/external customer
> Collaborates to assess and impact store styling
