Must have extensive exp. with Amazon-Seller and Vendor Central. Will be the point of contact for managing company’s Amazon store, including SKU’ management (descriptions, new item set up, activation/deactivation, attribute and image issues), UPCs, prices/promotions, shipping – including special orders, Customer Service by responding to inquires via phone and email. Will update message center plus cost and retail maintenance. Exp. with new vendor setup packet and required forms and guides helpful. Familiarity with Zendesk is helpful. Knowledge of Excel helpful.
