ALTERATIONS MANAGER

Our client, a bridal boutique, is seeking an Alterations Manager for their New York City location. This person will be a liaison between the bride and the tailor.

 

Job Description:

 

  • Ensure all clients needs are being met
  • Act as a person of contact between the clients and the tailors
  • Inform the clients about anything related to alterations 

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Previous experience in a bridal setting in a supervisory role
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Fluent in English
