ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER - Merchandising Team - Framingham, MA
Adecco Creative & Marketing is assisting a major fashion retailer in their search for an Administrative Manager for their Merchandising team! This exciting opportunity is based in Framingham, MA and is needed to cover a maternity leave for 3-4 months.
Responsibilities:
- Provides diversified administrative support to 2 or more Merchandise Managers
- Prepares business tools by running reports and Cognos data, analyzing data and developing informative spreadsheets
- Manages phone coverage and troubleshoots technology issues (computer/laptop, Iphone, Oracle issues, etc)
- Manages multiple calendars and coordinates all internal and external meetings
- Coordinates travel arrangements, itineraries and processes expenses reports
- Responsible for many special projects as assigned
- Maintains confidentiality
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of administrative experience or minimum 1 year as a Merchandise Assistant
- Must be comfortable taking direction from multiple individuals
- Must have strong organizational skills and superior communication skills, with a "Can Do" attitude, to be considered for this position
- Must possess the ability to multi-task and maintain strong attention to detail in a very fast paced environment
- Must be able to work well independently as well as with a team
- Strong Computer skills, (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), Math skills and Analytical skills are all absolutely necessary to be considered for this position
- Oracle experience helpful, not required
