vibrant and professional Administrative Assistant to join their
team in New York City.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for
ensuring seamless office operations as you support a small team
of executives with a variety of administrative tasks. This is an
excellent opportunity for an ambitious and collaborative
professional to partner with a leader in the fashion industry!
Responsibilities:
• Streamlining incoming correspondence
• Coordinating extensive calendars
• Spearheading special projects
• Processing expense reports
• Scheduling meetings, conference calls, and teleconferences
• Booking travel and preparing itineraries
• Creating reports and presentations
Qualifications:
• At least 2+ years of administrative experience
• Excellent judgment and discretion in regard to confidential
information
• Highly organized with accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with excellent
