Account Production Coor.

Job Description

• • Investigate and resolve customer issues through phone and email communication in a timely manner.

  • Receive and maintain all orders/reorders to licensees in a timely manner.  Communicate this information to production department for placement with the factory.

  • Maintain customer tracking logs; monitoring and reacting to weekly/daily changes in order to make timely adjustments with all sourcing countries.

  • Coordinate communication between consolidators, freight forwarders and licensees in order to ship goods timely.  Follow-up to insure all documentation requirements are met.

  • Maintain and update customer files by season.

  • Attend season shoe shows and meet with licensees as necessary.

  • Create and learn functions of production, sales, and other business areas

  • Meet with licensees when necessary

  • Communicate frequently between consolidators, freight forwarders and licensees

  • Communicate all production issues to production team.

  • Work with  sales team to answer questions and resolve issues

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• • 1 year customer service experience
