Ideal Candidate:

An organized individual with the ability to manage multiple projects while providing the highest standard of customer service to our accounts. Strong retail operations and proficiency is highly desirable. This person will support project deployment of RFID / NFC / Digital Retail Technologies in an evolving retail environment that includes both traditional brick & mortar retail as well as online businesses.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Gain a full understanding of the retail offerings and technologies that form the foundation for Catalyst solutions, including how those solutions integrate and work together.
  • Support sales initiatives and program development within designated accounts to meet projected sales goals.
  • Manage effective execution of project deployment at retail including installation and training to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and business partners alike.
  • Support sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with other internal (Li & Fung) business units to identify trends and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support trade show set-up and coverage.

Skills and Requirements:

Essential Skills:

  • Self-starter capable of working directly with both customers and vendors to ensure satisfaction for our clients.
  • Work well on own and in a team environement.
  • Excellent listening and summarization abilities as well as strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with a variety of personnel and management levels.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to take ownership of issues while developing solutions to address challenges.
  • Ensure comprehensive, timely, and quality delivery of all requests.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.

 Preferred Skills:

  • No more than 3-6 years of practical sales experience with market development, account planning, and customer engagement.
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
  • Project management experience.
  • RFID experience in supply chain or inventory management and/or a strong understanding of web technology including API's and local networks highly desirable.
  • Significant apparel industry and large retailer experience strongly preferred.
