Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process by identifying, qualifying and placing talent for all Retail and Corporate departments based on skill set, experience and budgets.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop a full quantitative and qualitative understanding of the open positions and responsibilities of each strategic hire per the unique needs of departmental objectives.
  • Work to see client and candidate goals were met through proactive and accurate assessment of recruitment solutions and career objectives.
  • Generate new business and re-established inactive relationships through vigorous marketing.
  • Schedule and conduct applicant interviews, reviewing portfolios and skill assessment
    Develop and maintain a qualified and diverse candidate pool within the Fashion/Retail industries.
  • Build a network of top talent for future opportunities.
  • Recruit retail professionals for positions within the retail industry by direct sourcing calls, networking and Internet research.
  • Maintain strong client partnership through continued follow-up.
  • Develop client relationships with national and regional Fashion/Retail companies.

Job Qualifications:                                                    

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • HR or Recruiting experience
  • Fashion business relationships and a strong network of talent
  • Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Outstanding follow-up skills with attention to detail
  • Highly effective communicator with the ability to achieve established goals
  • Team players with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
