ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Women’s RTW - Luxury Fashion - Miami, FL

Looking for Account Executive to cover all majors business as well as oversee current sales team at Alexis. Alexis is a women’s RTW business that sells to Majors such as Neimans, Saks, Bergdorfs and Intermix as well as 200 specialty boutiques around the world.

- Attend, plan and coordinate all market appointments

- Make sure sales team is meeting goals seasonally

- Create sales and growth plans for entire sales team and monitor consistently

- Oversee all aspects of the Majors Business, Including but not limited to:

* Entering All Orders

* Overseeing and merchandising buy with entire team

* Developing new sales strategy to maintain healthy growth rate

* Monitor selling on a weekly basis

* Be proactive with accounts to ensure healthy inventory turn

* Schedule and execute PK seminars nationally

* Create relationship with all store managers and merchandisers

* Constantly monitoring adjacency and floor placement

* Working with all accounts to make sure buys are unique

- Be able to review collection through design process and help brainstorm needs

- Post market line review to recap market and customers needs

- Constantly update internal sales reports to monitor YOY selling statistics

- Provide weekly monthly and quarterly sales reports and analysis for sales department

- Provide and manage the highest degree of customer service to all accounts


- 5 + years in prior wholesale experience at a luxury fashion brand

- EDI Knowledge

- Outstanding interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Excel

- AIMS Knowledge preferred

- Work well under pressure and understand the urgency of deadlines

- Excellent in retail math

- Ability to perform sales and market analysis

- Able to multitask
