ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Luxury Home, Fashion, and Jewelry

 Job description

• Work with the Director of Sales to achieve and surpass sales goals
• Increase specialty and department store business with current and new accounts
• Review and analyze weekly sell-thru department store reports to monitor stock and performance
• Create and implement business plans by account to achieve sales and brand goals
• Prepare selling packets and assortment recommendations for clients
• Work with Director of Sales to communicate buyer feedback and sales performance to merchandising, design, and production teams.
• Work with creative services team on sales tools and other creative needs for accounts
• Research new account opportunities
• Audit existing accounts to ensure adherence to sales policies 

Requirements  

• Bachelors Degree required
• Must possess strong Excel skills to include all Microsoft programs
• Proven track record of success
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• 3-5 years experience in Luxury Home, Fashion, or Jewelry preferred
• Understanding of logistics, basic knowledge of EDI is a plus
• Willingness to work in a startup environment and be a team player
• Comfortable with frequent travel
