Account Executive II

Location: 200 Madison Avenue, New York, NY

The Account Executive II is responsible for selling multiple neckwear and cold weather brands to our current account base. Manage the business to achieve sale plans and protect the profitability of the division.

Responsibilities:

  • Present product to customers and sell in plans.
  • Research and advise customers of shipping information.
  • Track sales (item selling) to discover new opportunities for reorders.
  • Assist in marketing your product to your accounts.
  • Assist the Sr Director of Sales in the daily operation of managing the area (i.e., Co-op tracking, managing market calendar, wholesale shipment tracking)
  • Work with Planning to build flow, track selling, etc.
  • Travel required.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5 to 7 years’ related experience                      

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Skills:

  • Excellent communications; very strong analytical skills; Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. 
  • Must be very organized, have strong interpersonal skills, and good presentation skills.  Strong follow-thru.  Math aptitude.  Must understand how to build/read open to buy.
  • Ability to lead a presentation with confidence.
