TESTING & COMPLIANCE ASSISTANT - Inspection


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with factory and production team to finalize the
inspection date for each shipment

• Prepare inspection packet and arrange inspection with 3rd
party inspection companies

• Arrange and update inspections in QDM system

• Process and keep track of all the testing and inspection
invoices

• Update Time and Action Calendar on a weekly basis

• Keep track of inspection and testing status for all major
accounts

• Assist Testing & Compliance Manager on a daily basis on
varies projects


QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in MS office, with a strong emphasis on Excel

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Proactive and strong follow up skills

• Flexible and ability to multi-task

• Very detail-oriented and strong time management skills

• Ability to finish daily tasks in a timely manner

• Ability to solve problems and trouble shoot in a fast paced
environment

• Working knowledge of Hosiery construction, process and
timelines, (inspection understanding a plus)
