Wooden Ships, founded in 1992, is a knitwear brand targeting women 25-55. We sell wholesale to boutiques across the country as well as direct-to-consumer via the company's new online shop.

The ideal candidate should have strong inter-personal, communication and organizational skills. A strong attention to detail is critical, along with the ability to multi-task and to prioritize.
Job Description
A Key responsibility is Customer Service. The position requires daily interaction with both Wholesale Accounts and Consumers. You will use SOPs in place to work through tasks efficiently, with the eye to continually improve the current system.
Another main function is Tradeshow Logistics. You will be responsible for overseeing all tasks involved with pre-show prep work, set up, working at the show and post show duties.
While the position is mostly administrative, a creative approach is necessary for problem solving. As this is a small office, each day will be different as tasks evolve and new projects come up.
Job Requirements
• Bachelors degree
• 2-4 years related experience
• Excellent writing skills
• High Level of organization
• Ability to self-manage projects
• Strong Excel Skills
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Tradeshow weekends (6 per year) and travel
