iBrands International is a tech and apparel company undergoing rapid expansion. We are a multi-brand fashion showroom, manufacturing and marketing sportswear, tech, denim and handbag brands. We're currently seeking to fill the position of showroom manager and personal assistant to the Chairman. Responsibilities will fall under two categories: 1. serving as the office manager, and 2. Serving as the chairman's personal assistant. Examples of office manager duties include: managing showroom supplies, maintaining appearance of showroom, keeping track of incoming and outgoing materials between several showrooms. Examples of the chairman's personal assistant include: booking travel, managing Chairman's personal and work calendar, and handling personal appointments, and written correspondence on his behalf.
Our ideal candidate would have a positive attitude, the ability to multi-task, and work in fast paced environment. Candidate must have proficient computer skills, good interpersonal skills, excellent grasp of the language both spoken and written, as s/he will be interfacing many of the most important people in the fashion and tech industries.
