Sales Assistant / Support

Fast paced Fashion Jewelry Company based in NYC seeking a Sales Assistant for immediate hire. Candidate must be a go-getter with a can do attitude and great people skills. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within an established organization.   

Responsibilities include:                                                                                     

• Daily overseas factory communication for pricing, sample tracking, and follow up
• Manage pre and final production samples through the order production process
• Support Sales Manager in all aspects of servicing accounts- including in showroom appointments, sample coordination, purchase order, etc.
• Work cross functionally with Design, Procurement and Shipping departments

Qualifications:                                       

• Must have 1 -2 yrs experience
• Strong Excel skills with proficiency in Photoshop, Abobe Illustrator, PLM software, SharePoint a plus
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once and adhere to deadlines
• Knowledge of product spec-ing  
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic – Must be a team player!
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-motivated; ability to take initiative to complete tasks quickly and independently

Salary $50-60K / commensurate with experience
