Account Executive - Mens & Boys Activewear & Sportswear
M. Hidary & Company, an apparel company in Midtown Manhattan seeks a bright, disciplined, and polished Account Sales Executive with 5+ years of selling experience in a wholesale sales environment. The ideal candidate possessed a strong work ethic, persistent and passionate with a take-charge personality and is extremely disciplined. Knowledge and experience of the apparel industry is preferred.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- NY Showroom and travelling apparel Account Salesperson
- Call on existing accounts
- Open new accounts
- Develop E-Comm business
- Order Maintenance
- Sample Management
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Strong organizational skills – organized, detail oriented, and extremely focused
- Great communication skills
- Persistence and passion a must
- Tech Savvy
- Able to carry sample cases and travel for sales meetings as necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Dept. Stores and Mass Market Retailers experience is a great plus
Experience in Men’s and Boys’ apparel is a strong plus.
Salary $70k - $80k BOE
