DIRECTOR OF DISTRIBUTION

This high-performance apparel, footwear and equipment company is a recognizable brand in the industry. They have a strong team in place and are adding to their team. Some assistance with relocation.

We are looking for Director of Distribution 10+ years of experience managing a location or two.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating their assigned distribution functions, meeting production objectives while maintaining quality and service
• Manage a staff and a location with hundreds of employees

Requirements:

• Proven background in providing problem resolution, recognizing accomplishments and completing performance evaluations
• Comfortable with establishing budgets, operating statements and managing quality assurance and transportation
• Must excel in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple responsibilities

No option for remote work.
